Domaine L'échappée Verte Come and enjoy this extraordinary setting in the heart of nature—a cozy 30 m² cocoon with all comforts: kitchen, bathroom, terrace, reading nook or sleeping net for 1 child on the catamaran net. In the living area, there’s also a sofa bed. For children, you can set up a tent in the garden. Relax in the sun and use the barbecue on the terrace. Le Petit Sabotier is located within the Échappée Verte estate, surrounded by many animals: donkeys, rabbits, chickens, horses, and cats. Children can help feed them and even ride. Perfect for hiking enthusiasts, the region features beautiful sandstone formations like Altschlossfelsen and Falkenstein Castle. This area, renowned for glass and crystal, offers many cultural outings: crystal works, Meisenthal glassworks with its famous Christmas baubles, Bitche citadel and gardens, the Maginot Line with Simserhof, and more. There’s so much to do! Your horses are also welcome. Everything is included, except firewood for the barbecue or fire pit, which is available for an extra charge.

Domaine L'échappée Verte Enjoy the entire first floor of my 100 m² home, complete with a private garden and terrace on a one-hectare property surrounded by animals—donkeys, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, dogs, and cats—at Domaine L'échappée Verte. This is a true haven of peace on the edge of the forest, featuring a barbecue area, fire pit, and countless hiking trails starting right behind the house. I can arrange donkey treks, available for an extra fee. I’m happy to offer tips to help you explore the region I’m passionate about! I know every trail, castle, and rock, and I’m glad to share daily animal care and feeding moments with your children. You’re in the heart of the glass and crystal region, with plenty of cultural outings: the clog museum in the village, the glass museum in Meisenthal, Lalique and Saint-Louis museums, a large go-kart track nearby, many ponds for swimming, and hikes to medieval castles in the forest (like Falkenstein), as well as the famous trail around the sandstone rock at Roppwiller, the Altschlossfelsen. The area offers a wealth of varied and enjoyable activities to discover! Bed linen is available for an extra fee, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
